To access Community LLC, you must be at least 18 years old or accompanied by a guardian if underage. By using our services, you confirm you meet these requirements.

Wristbands and Timed Access

For public guests without memberships, access to Community LLC is regulated by timed wristbands, which limit the duration of your visit. Guests may:


  • Purchase add-on time to extend their visit.

  • Upgrade to a membership plan for extended or unlimited access.


VIP members enjoy separate, streamlined access and exclusive privileges during their visits.


Prohibited Activities

When visiting Community LLC or engaging with our services, you agree not to:


  • Disrupt the flow or organization of sections, events, or public pathways.

  • Participate in activities that harm other guests, vendors, or staff.

  • Use interactive games or kiosks inappropriately or maliciously.

  • Misuse or tamper with provided wristbands, kiosks, or event equipment.


Violations may result in immediate removal from the premises and potential barring from future access.


Fees and Payment

Booth Rentals


  • Weekly rentals start at $1,395 (outdoor/basement) or $1,595 (main indoor).

  • Vendors are responsible for adjusting prices to align with promotions, discounts, or prizes offered to customers through kiosks or games.


Memberships and Time Extensions

All payments are final and non-refundable except as required by law.


Interactive Games and Prizes

Community LLC offers AI-powered kiosks and interactive games throughout vendor sections. By participating in these games, you agree to the following:


  • Prizes may include discounts, raffle entries, or event access.

  • Discounts apply solely to vendor products or services purchased during the same visit.

  • All games are designed to create equitable opportunities for participants, but outcomes are subject to availability and chance.


Community LLC reserves the right to modify or replace prizes at its discretion.


Vendor and Customer Expectations

Vendor Grouping and Spaces

Vendors are grouped into 6 themed sections to create cohesive and organized shopping experiences. Community LLC reserves the right to assign or reassign vendor placements within these sections.

Customer Flow

Guests are required to follow the red carpet pathway through vendor sections to maintain organized movement. Timed visits ensure steady flow and minimize disruptions.

Guests who complete the maze journey within their wristband time frame may claim an exit prize as a reward for efficient participation.


Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Community LLC shall not be held liable for:


  • Any personal injury or property damage occurring on the premises.

  • Losses due to misuse of wristbands, kiosks, or vendor interactions.

  • Prizes, discounts, or games not being claimed or redeemed due to time constraints.



Termination of Access

Community LLC reserves the right to terminate access to its services, including membership privileges or vendor contracts, for violations of these Terms or any applicable laws.


Changes to the Terms

Community LLC may modify these Terms at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated through official channels with reasonable notice.


Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved under New York jurisdiction.
